Our Springer Spaniel was just 12 weeks old when Louise started to look after him.He has turned into the most wonderful dog and I'm sure most of that is down to her influence. Paddy saw Louise every day for 2 years, and every day he greeted her as if he hadn't seen her for weeks!! we have sadly moved away but would recommend her all day long!! Louise came to meet our puppy, Axel, when he was just 10 weeks old. He fell in love with her as soon as he met her and we can tell Louise loves Axel too! She takes him out numerous times a week and Axel has so much fun. Louise has really helped build positive experiences for him as a puppy and introduced him to lots of other dogs. It is always lovely to receive pictures and photos of Axel's adventures. Louise is always there to give advice and answer any questions we have. We are just so happy we found someone so caring; who we trust with our little boy. We would definitely recommend Petal Paws to everybody. Reviewed August 2018

I re homed a dog and was immediately out of my depth with barking, lunging, separation anxiety. Louise was brilliant. My dog loved her and after just a couple of sessions with her he was like a different dog. We feel so much more confident with him and he's settled really well. He's still a work in progress but I'd recommend Louise to anyone having difficulty with their dog's behaviour. Reviewed January 2021

"5 stars are not enough to show how truly blown away I am by the attention to detail and care that Louise gave our cats whilst we had 2 weeks away.I have just got home this evening and found two very happy,relaxed cats which we've never had before having been away for so long-we've used catteries and other cat sitters in the past and always had two stressed little kitties who don't seem to have had the level of love and play in our absence. We were reassured by regular Whatsapp updates from Petal Paws to show their mischief whilst we were away, and came home to a lovely written debrief of their time in the house without us. I would highly recommend Petal Paws for cat sitting, and will definitely be using them again in the future!. We are currently training our cocker spaniel Ralph alongside Louise who has provided not only a great individual service but taken real care and attention to provide the help we need, she is genuine and a natural with Ralph who just loves her - would highly recommend.Reviewed April 2021
